Rosary Crusade: To Mary, Coredemptrix: June 7-13

'Mary having co-operated in our redemption with so much glory to God and so much love for us, Our Lord ordained that no one shall obtain salvation except through her intercession.'
--St. Alphonsus Maria de Liguori
In honor of the feast of the Immaculate Heart, this year falling on June 13, let us participate in a Rosary Crusade. Let us all say a rosary crusade in thanksgiving for the help the Immaculate Heart of Mary has given this page in encouraging others to pray for priests as well as to ask her continued assistance for priests throughout the world.
A rosary crusade is simply an attempt to say as many rosaries as possible within a certain period of time for a particular cause. (For how to say the roosary, see the post below). I challenge you all to try to say at least one decade a day and a full rosary (5 decades) on the 13th. Let's see if we can get 100 rosaries (500 decades) before the end of the week. Do what you can, and post each day (or every two days or something) to tell us how many decades you did. This way we can keep track and see how we're doing.
This crusade will be for the assistance of the Immaculate Heart for priests and the Church today as well as in thanksgiving for her assisance in the past.

We will also publish a post at on the eve her feast at midnight (timezone of Rome, Italy: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html) reconsecrating the page to the Immaculate Heart so that she may participate on the page to direct all posts and events to the greater glory of God and the good of souls.Throughout next week, more posts will be on devotion to the Mary and the rosary devotion. Feel free to join us on our Facebook page for these posts:https://www.facebook.com/PrayersForOurCatholicPriests?ref=tn_tnmn.

O Immaculate Heart, Queen of the Rosary, lead us through meditation on His passion and cross to the glory of His resurrection. May we learn to love Him as you did.

Sacred Heart and the souls in Purgatory

As June is the month of the Sacred Heart, this weeks prayer challenge is in honor of the Sacred Heart; devotion to the Sacred Heart, a heart so inflamed with love for us, is beneficial in coming to know and love God better, and through Him, to love our neighbor more perfectly.
Next week, 14-20 June, try to say the following prayer five times throughout the day in remembrance of the five wounds with which Christ was inflicted for love of us. Through this prayer we will pray for the Church and all sinners on Earth as well as pray for the relief of the souls in Purgatory, who are known to intercede for their intercessors on Earth:
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Wounds of our Lord Jesus Christ.
For the conversion of sinners and the relief of the souls in Purgatory.
